All Bryant University identification cards are produced by the Department of Public Safety (DPS). There is no first-time cost to community members for this service. There will be a $15 charge to replace damaged, lost, or stolen cards.
Students should bring their class schedule with their ID number for their first card. Students are required to carry their ID card with them at all times. They must surrender it to University officials upon request. It may only be used by the student to whom it is issued, and it is not transferable.
Employees should bring their new employee form provided by Human Resources with their ID number for their first card.
Where To Go
ID cards are made in the Department of Public Safety located on the first level of the Administrative Hall in the Unistructure. The ID card station is open Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You may make an appointment at other times by calling 232-6001.
