Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is a free and confidential service that an employee and/or members of the employee's household may use at any time. The University presently retains LifeWatch to administer the University's Employee Assistance Program. Employees can use the EAP by calling 1-800-333-6228 or logging on at http://benefits.lifewatch-eap.com/ (username: bryant, password: icqe62).

The EAP is available to assist employees in resolving personal or emotional difficulties. Regardless of the problem or issue, the professional staff at LifeWatch is not permitted, by law, to speak with an employer unless the employee requests such in writing. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of the EAP services provided through LifeWatch.

Child Care/Elder Care Information through the EAP

The University’s EAP provider, LifeWatch, provides employees with information and referral services for licensed child care and elder care services. Representatives from LifeWatch can be reached at 1-800-333-6228.
