Campus Technology Services

Campus Technology Services (CTS) operates in direct support of University and Information Services divisional goals and strategies by providing world-class IT services to all Bryant constituents: faculty, staff, and student. To achieve this, CTS will:

  • Act as the one-stop center for all questions, concerns, and issues regarding Bryant’s IT services.
  • Provide timely and relevant support regarding IT issue mitigation.
  • Emphasize cost-effectiveness and user productivity in the selection, distribution, and management of Bryant’s technology resources.
  • Act as a catalyst and change agent when introducing new technologies and processes.
  • Perform as an intermediary between faculty, staff and students and the rest of Bryant’s IT providers and outside vendors.

Made up of two primary components: the Help Desk and Laptop Central, CTS provides not only direct hardware and software support, but also user coaching and instruction to enhance operational efficiencies and promote student academic success.
